Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Finance Manager to oversee
the financing of solar projects across the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Interface with debt and tax equity investors to source, negotiate,
and close financing commitments
Lead finance transactions from structuring through close, including
negotiations and due diligence
Build and manage complex financial models to support project
financing and investor presentations
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in solar and/or energy project finance or
banking
Proven ability to lead, negotiate, and close debt and tax equity
transactions independently
Expertise in solar and/or BESS development processes and tax equity
structures
Active network with tax equity and debt providers in the solar
industry
Strong understanding of tax regulations and GAAP principles related
to project finance
