Job Description:
A company is looking for a Representative 1, Credit &
Collections - Commercial-3.
Key Responsibilities
Contact commercial customers to arrange payment plans for past due
accounts
Follow national credit and collection policies and applicable
regulations
Process secure customer payments and schedule disconnects on
delinquent accounts
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
0-2 years of relevant work experience
Experience working in a remote environment preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and
weekends
Understanding of customer service principles and practices
