Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Accountant & Bookkeeper.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable,
accounts receivable, and the general ledger
Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, financial
reporting, and transaction processing
Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and budgets in
compliance with GAAP standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred;
accounting certification is a plus
7 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping
Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks (Online and Desktop)
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet and financial reporting
tools
