Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Processor II, Premium &
Billing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex premium and billing cases, ensuring timely
completion and adherence to departmental standards
Troubleshoot issues and create reports for data analysis and
problem resolution
Collaborate with customers and internal partners to address
discrepancies and support junior team members
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED, or minimum Associate degree in lieu of
required experience
2 - 3 years of billing, premium, and/or reconciliation
experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with contract language
