Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Project Billing Analyst to
join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit accurate invoices for federal and state
contracts, ensuring compliance with contract terms
Collaborate with project managers to track funding and deliverables
while maintaining financial integrity
Analyze billing data to resolve discrepancies and support audit
inquiries
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or
equivalent work experience)
Minimum of 5 years of billing experience with federal government
contracts
In-depth knowledge of contract types: CPFF, T&M, FFP
Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and DCAA procedures
Hands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint
