Job Description:
A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial
reporting and compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with
GAAP and regulatory standards
Lead and mentor accounting teams while overseeing client
engagements and ensuring excellent client experiences
Implement process improvements and manage project execution to meet
client deliverables on time and within budget
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA
license preferred
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller, with 2+ years in
audit work at a CPA firm
Experience in a multi-client environment and managing teams to meet
deadlines
Deep accounting experience across multiple industries
Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
