Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Property Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day accounting functions and ensure accurate
financial reporting for assigned properties
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements in accordance
with GAAP and analyze financial performance
Collaborate with property management teams to manage cash flow and
ensure timely payment of invoices and receivables
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting
Minimum 5 years of full cycle accounting experience
Intermediate to advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft
Excel and Word
Experience with MRI software is preferred
Real estate experience is preferred
