This role plays a key part in ensuring students are academically prepared, clinically competent, and practice-ready. Key Responsibilities: Teach nursing theory courses in alignment with program curriculum Supervise and evaluate students during clinical rotations Develop lesson plans and clinical objectives Provide ongoing feedback and student mentorship Maintain accurate academic and clinical documentation Ensure compliance with program, clinical, and regulatory standards Participate in faculty meetings and curriculum support initiatives Qualifications: Active, unencumbered California RN license Associate’s degree or higher in Nursing required Prior teaching, precepting, or clinical leadership experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and instructional skills Ability to work flexible schedules, including occasional weekends Interested in hearing more?
