Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to serve as
a trusted tech advisor and strategic partner to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure smooth onboarding for customers and maximize platform
value
Design and implement integrations with various customer tech stacks
and resolve technical issues
Own the post-sales experience and define customer success metrics
for reporting and decision-making
Required Qualifications
5+ years of relevant work experience in technical support or
customer success roles
A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or prior coding
experience
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration
skills
Experience working with publishers or websites is a plus
An action-oriented mindset focused on scalable solutions and
repeatable processes
