Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enterprise Applications Manager
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators,
overseeing the platform's architecture and performance
Serve as the subject matter expert for ServiceNow, driving platform
adoption and best practices
Coordinate platform upgrades, integrations, and ongoing maintenance
while ensuring compliance with IT standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
10+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture and
support, including 5+ years in management
5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform,
including various modules
Experience managing platform upgrades, customizations, and
third-party integrations
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
field (or equivalent experience)
ServiceNow System Administrator Certification required; additional
certifications preferred
