Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Deal Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for sales and success
representatives in building quotes and agreements
Develop and enhance processes to maintain a 24-hour SLA on quoting
and strategy-related tickets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process
documentation and support data governance within CRM
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Deal Desk/Deal Operations or
Finance/Billing Operations
3+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ
2+ years of experience as a people manager in a fast-paced
environment
Advanced knowledge of Quote-to-Cash processes and revenue
accounting practices
Experience managing templates in Docusign CLM is a plus
