Job Description:
A company is looking for a Community Account Manager I to manage
a portfolio of multi-dwelling unit properties.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong business relationships with property
leasing staff
Prospect and identify property relationship opportunities through
various outreach methods
Promote and manage the Point of Lease platform while achieving
sales and revenue quotas
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Self-motivated with strong relationship management skills
Ability to work remotely with moderate daily supervision
Proficient in Windows-based applications and ability to learn
billing systems
Must comply with all company policies and safety procedures
