Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the monthly accounting close, ensuring accuracy and
efficiency while managing cash flow and inventory
Coordinate and present P&L forecasts and annual budgets,
partnering with cross-functional teams to address variances
Act as a financial advisor to leadership, analyzing results and
driving continuous improvement in profitability
Required Qualifications
8+ years of hands-on accounting and financial managerial
experience, preferably in Foodservice, Hotel, or Hospitality
industries
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business/economics;
CPA or MBA preferred
Solid technical foundation in accounting principles
Ability to motivate teams and form strong relationships across the
organization
Proactive individual with a desire for continuous learning and
process improvement
