A company is looking for a Director of Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive inorganic strategy for target
markets in collaboration with senior leadership
Source and cultivate potential acquisition targets, creating
actionable deal theses based on market knowledge
Oversee due diligence processes and cross-functional assessments to
evaluate assets and identify integration plans
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or
business leadership with a focus on inorganic activity
Significant experience in the Healthcare and MedTech sectors
MBA and a technical degree are preferred
Proven track record of successful business transformation and
strategic leadership
Advanced experience in due diligence processes for acquisitions
