Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to serve as the
primary accounting partner for a portfolio of clients, ensuring
accurate financial reporting and compliance with standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client accounting relationships and ensure transparency in
financial results
Oversee execution of client engagements, including revenue cycle
management and monthly financial close
Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting
their development and performance management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA
license preferred
3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager, with 2+ years of
audit experience in a CPA firm
Experience with complex revenue recognition and payroll
processes
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online; familiarity with Xero,
Intacct, or NetSuite is a plus
Proven experience in revamping accounting processes and
technology
