Key Responsibilities
Oversee and expand services to create strong user experiences
Drive support-specific OKRs, KPIs, and SLAs through data analysis
and leadership
Build processes and workflows for scalability and improve
collaboration among support teams
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in frontline support, with 3+ years managing
support teams
Experience in owning support-specific OKRs and analyzing data to
inform decision-making
Proficiency in project management of cross-functional
initiatives
Expertise in collaborating with cross-functional partners and
prioritizing tasks
Experience in building and mapping processes for scale and
developing workflows
