Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bid Manager to oversee proposals and
manage the bidding process.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the central point of contact for proposals across all
sales territories
Act as Project Manager for the Bid and Proposal team, ensuring
compliant proposals are submitted to customers
Coordinate internal resources and manage the bidding interface
between various departments
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience with domestic and international
proposals in a regulated industry
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a
technical field is preferred
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams including PMO,
Estimating, and Engineering
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Advanced fluency in reading and writing in Spanish
