Clearwater Living is seeking a VP of Operations to join our team.The VP of Operations oversees specific Clearwater Living communities, working closely with the Executive Directors to ensure high-quality service, excellent customer service, and strong financial performance. This role supports and guides the Executive Directors and department heads as needed.Join us in creating experiences that celebrate your relevance.   • Support and promote Clearwater Living's Pursuit, Purpose, Principles, and Core Values in all interactions
  • Maintain knowledge of all state regulations relevant to community operations
  • Build relationships with licensing personnel overseeing our communities
  • Respond to licensing visits and address any deficiencies with corrective action plans
  • Develop marketing strategies for your communities
  • Foster teamwork through mentoring, coaching, and recognition
  • Recruit, hire, evaluate, motivate, and supervise Executive Directors in residents' best interests and according to company policiesRequirements:
    • Must be age 21 or over
    • Four-year degree from an accredited college
    • Current government-required certification or license to manage a community (or working towards it)
    • Two years of supervisory experience in long-term care or assisted living
    • First Aid training/certification as required
    • Background clearances as required by regulations
    • Complete a health screening and provide recent negative TB test results (within last 6 months or 7 days of employment)
