Key Responsibilities
Lead the Deal Desk team to optimize sales processes and enhance
collaboration across departments
Establish KPIs and advocate for resources and tools to support Deal
Desk operations
Train team members and facilitate the implementation of new
processes within the sales organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
1+ years of experience managing a Deal Desk team
2+ years of experience in a Deal Desk role within a high growth
SaaS company
5+ years of experience in B2B Sales Operations/Revenue Operations
management
2+ years of experience with Salesforce
