Job Description:
A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to oversee
software installations and client relationships in the healthcare
sector.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and conduct project kickoff and update calls with
clients
Act as the primary liaison between clients and the company to
ensure project timelines are met
Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer
support throughout the implementation process
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
At least 2 years of project management experience in the healthcare
or health-tech field
Experience working with hospitals or healthcare IT
Project management certification is a plus
Background in imaging, neurovascular, clinical, or healthcare
administration
