Job Description:
A company is looking for a General Manager - West Region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategic direction and operations for the regional launch
of apitegromab
Develop and execute regional sales, marketing, and medical affairs
plans to achieve business objectives
Build and inspire high-performing, cross-functional teams to ensure
optimal patient access and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of progressive
experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech and rare disease
Proven experience in sales management with launch experience
Experience leading cross-functional teams in disciplines such as
marketing or market access is preferred
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical or biotech industry,
especially within the rare disease space
Experience with P&L management and budget oversight is
preferred
