Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations across Policy, Client Relations, and
Analyst teams to deliver top-tier Certification outcomes
Own the end-to-end Certification delivery process, ensuring
efficiency, scale, and consistent quality
Drive client experience strategy and collaborate with internal
teams to enhance customer interactions across all touchpoints
Required Qualifications
5+ years in a leadership role overseeing client-facing support,
service, or operational delivery
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and scale complex
services in a regulated industry
Demonstrated experience in operational efficiency and client
satisfaction
Deep understanding of experience design principles and continuous
service improvement
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; practical expertise
valued over credentials
