Job Description:
A company is looking for a Residential Manager to oversee
operations and staff in a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities
Supervises staff and ensures quality care for individuals served,
promoting their well-being
Conducts performance reviews, staff training, and ensures
compliance with safety and health regulations
Monitors staffing ratios, schedules, and financial documentation to
maintain budgetary compliance
Required Qualifications
One year of supervisory experience required
Experience providing services to individuals with acquired brain
injuries preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or a
related field, or equivalent experience
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
Working knowledge of relevant Federal, State, and local
regulations
