Job Description:
A company is looking for a Research Manager for the Golub
Capital Social Impact Lab.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage research programs, including stakeholder
outreach and resource allocation
Create and maintain project management systems to ensure research
team progress
Source, analyze data, and write/edit content for proposals and
publications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience or
equivalent education and experience
Experience managing a budget and developing financial plans for
positions with financial responsibilities
Preferred graduate degree in a related scientific field with
extensive experience
Substantial experience with MS Office and analytical programs such
as Python and R
Ability to direct the work of others and relevant subject matter
knowledge
