Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to lead
training and drive sales performance in a fast-paced MarTech
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute enablement programs for onboarding, ongoing
training, and coaching
Own and streamline onboarding processes for new GTM hires
Lead the rollout of Force Management's Command of the Message
across sales teams
Required Qualifications
4-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales enablement, sales, or
revenue operations
Proven experience deploying sales methodologies
Strong content creation and instructional design skills
Experience enabling multiple GTM personas across inbound and
outbound motions
Familiarity with sales software such as Salesforce and Gong
