Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, creating
success plans with measurable outcomes
Drive adoption and value realization of Adobe Experience Cloud
products
Identify customer risk and collaborate with the team to activate
recovery plans
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Customer Success within the Tech
Industry
Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) or Digital Marketing
solutions
Proven experience in digital marketing and/or digital media
space
Strong consulting skills with the ability to mediate conflict
Ability to cultivate partnerships effectively
