Under the direction of the Associate Director of Marketing and
Communications with a dotted line to the Director of Marketing and
Communications, the Marketing Programs Manager is responsible for
overseeing all aspects of an integrated marketing and
communications plan for units within Continuing Education as
assigned. This includes marketing plan development, strategy
definition, creative execution (including copywriting and art
direction), tactical implementation, analytics, and budget
management. Working with a marketing automation tool, the incumbent
designs, produces and delivers digital campaigns with a view to
driving new sales and maximizing customer retention. The incumbent
provides analytics, reporting, and recommendations using
appropriate analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) in an effort
to optimize campaigns and budgets, in close collaboration with the
Strategic Marketing Manager. The incumbent must have a
comprehensive knowledge of the assigned unit*s content area and
target markets, and proven expertise in marketing and advertising.
The incumbent shall identify areas for collaboration and
opportunities for joint marketing and will also be responsible for
selecting and managing the efforts of outside vendors, such as
advertising and PR agencies, printers, graphic designers,
copywriters, or any other outside consultants to ensure the
successful and accurate execution of promotional strategies.

Salary: Range $65,000.00-75,000.00
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
Will need to have automobile for traveling throughout Southern
Some evening or weekend work may be required.
