Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Vice President, Radiology
to lead their radiology practice and drive proactive healthcare
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership to the radiology team,
ensuring optimal patient throughput and compliance
Lead clinical quality initiatives and maintain a personal clinical
load through image interpretation and consultations
Oversee talent management, including recruiting, training, and
fostering a culture of excellence within the radiology practice
Required Qualifications
M.D. or equivalent medical degree with board certification in
Radiology
5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a multi-site
radiology practice or health tech company
Proven experience in leading distributed clinical teams
Strong business acumen, with formal training in business, public
health, or health administration preferred
Tech-savvy with proficiency in EMRs, PACS, and healthcare IT
systems
