Job Description:

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist Market Support.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct telephonic patient outreach and provider-facing activities to enhance medication adherence and care quality
Develop market business plans to engage providers in improving STARs measures related to pharmacy
Analyze data and provide recommendations for improving pharmacy-related performance metrics

Required Qualifications:

Doctor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent experience
Active, unrestricted pharmacy license in the state of primary residence
5+ years of clinical pharmacy practice experience
2+ years of experience with Medicare STARs and HEDIS measures
2+ years of experience in provider-facing interactions and data analysis
