Job Description:
A company is looking for a Registered Nurse to work in the Ft.
Worth HemOnc Clinic.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct ongoing assessments of oncology patients and facilitate
referrals throughout the continuum of care
Provide education and resources to patients and families to support
informed decision-making
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement
appropriate care plans and interventions
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
At least 1 year of nursing experience
Current Texas nursing license or BNE Compact State nursing
license
BLS certification from an accredited organization
Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
