Job Description:
A company is looking for a Licensed Clinical Therapist for
remote contract opportunities in Wisconsin.
Key Responsibilities
Provide therapeutic counseling services and treatment planning to a
primarily young adult population
Document concurrently and submit HIPAA compliant documentation
using the electronic health record
Communicate cross-functionally with other teams to support care
continuation as needed
Required Qualifications
Certified Advanced Practice Social Worker (CAPSW), CISW, LPC, LMFT,
or LCSW
Active State License(s) in Wisconsin
Experience with crisis intervention/de-escalation and
safety/treatment planning
Background in providing services to young adults, adolescents, or
at-risk populations
Preferred: Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D. in
Clinical Psychology, LP/LCP)
