Surgical Tech Location: Tarzana, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,768 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Orthopedic Tech Profession: Surgical Services Specialty: Orthopedic Tech Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Hours Experience: 2 Years License: Pending State License not accepted Certifications: OTC Certified through NBCOT required Must-Have: Outpatient experience required Description: Certified Orthopedic Tech position available. Candidates must hold the OTC certification from NBCOT. Outpatient experience is required. This is a 13-week contract open to true travelers and locals. The Orthopedic Tech will be based out of one location but may cover another location if call-outs occur. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience. First-time travelers are accepted. No weekend coverage is required. There is no on-call requirement. Travelers will need to float between clinic locations. Locals are accepted. Candidates must provide two supervisory references covering one year within the last three years prior to starting. All travelers are expected to float between all facilities within a given state. Refusal to float may result in termination of assignment. If required for the assignment, communication devices needed to perform duties will be supplied at no cost. Providers will be responsible for submitting any work-related cell phone bill directly. Modules are non-billable with an average of 16 hours spent. Completion of modules is required pre-start and annually. Time spent on modules is self-reported, and completion will be recorded.
