Job Description Job Description Job Title:Travel - PACU (RECOVERY) Location: California Department/Unit: Recovery Salary Range: $60 to $70 per hour Shift: AM Shift (Start time between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM) Duration: 13 Weeks Position Summary: Elitecare Medical Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our Dietary team in California. The successful candidate will have experience in critical care settings and be committed to delivering exceptional nutrition care to patients. Key Responsibilities: Provide medical nutrition therapy to patients in ICU and PACU settings. Assess nutritional needs and risks for patients, including those in trauma level 1 or 2 facilities. Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans. Educate patients and families on dietary guidelines and nutrition management. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure the delivery of comprehensive patient care. Document patient progress and outcomes accurately in the medical records. Requirements: Must be a Registered Dietitian with a valid state license. Required certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, CHS, NIH Certification. Must have ICU and PACU experience, particularly in trauma settings. Pediatric experience is preferred. Familiarity with NIH-Stroke protocols is a plus.
