Responsibilities: Assist licensed Physical Therapists in carrying out treatment plans. Guide patients through exercises, therapeutic activities, and mobility training. Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the supervising therapist. Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation techniques and home exercises. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and facility guidelines. Requirements: Active California PTA license in good standing. Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
