Team in Pasadena, CA About the Opportunity: We are seeking a
dedicated and skilled Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join our esteemed
surgical team in the Pasadena, CA area. This full-time, employed
position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative
environment, providing comprehensive care for patients with complex
cardiovascular and thoracic conditions. Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of cardiothoracic surgical procedures
including CABG, Valve Repair/replacement, and minimally invasive
thoracic surgeries. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to
develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide
preoperative care, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Engage in
patient education, discussing surgical options, risks, and recovery
process. Participate in on-call rotations and weekend coverage as
required. Qualifications: Board Certification or eligibility in
Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery. Completion of an accredited
cardiothoracic surgery residency and fellowship program. Valid
California Medical License or eligibility for licensure in
California Demonstrated expertise in performing complex
Cardiothoracic surgical procedures. Strong Interpersonal and
communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a
team oriented environment. Commitment to high standards of patient
