Travel Nurse Across America (TNAA) is seeking highly dedicated and skilled Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Nurses to join our team of travel healthcare professionals. As a NICU Nurse with TNAA, you will have the opportunity to work in top medical facilities across the country, providing essential care to the youngest and most vulnerable patients. Provide direct and specialized nursing care to neonates. Operate NICU equipment such as incubators and ventilators. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create effective care plans. Educate and support parents and families on neonatal care practices. Monitor patient progress and respond to emergent situations. Expertise in neonatal care procedures and protocols. Ability to utilize advanced NICU technology effectively. Strong ability to communicate and empathize with families. Capacity to handle stressful situations with professionalism. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure. Certification in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing (RNC-NIC) preferred.
