Located in Vista, CA, we aim to meet patients' needs through excellence in care and attention to detail. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Assistant in Vista, CA. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for providing support to healthcare providers by performing clinical and administrative tasks. Core responsibilities include preparing patients for examinations, maintaining medical records, handling medical equipment, and delivering quality patient care. The role requires close collaboration with physicians and staff to ensure smooth clinic operations and exceptional patient experiences. Qualifications Proficiency in Medical Assisting, including performing clinical tasks and using medical equipment Strong knowledge of Medical Terminology to communicate effectively within a clinical environment Experience managing a Medical Office, including scheduling, billing, and administrative tasks Capable of delivering excellent Patient Care with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail Experience handling and maintaining accurate Medical Records Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team Completion of an accredited medical assistant program or relevant certification preferred Bilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish-English) are a plus
