Key Responsibilities
Process member payments and address billing inquiries
Provide accurate information regarding coverage plans and assist
with prior authorization processes
Update member information and handle policy terminations and
reinstatements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
At least two years of experience in a healthcare-related field
Solid understanding of healthcare terminology, including ICD-9 and
ICD-10 coding
Ability to clear a criminal background check
Strong computer experience with data entry and screen
navigation
