Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director Global Compensation Strategy.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the market data strategy and vendor relations for compensation initiatives
Streamline job code structures and manage annual compensation cycle budgets
Provide strategic leadership and data-driven analyses for compensation decisions across the organization

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
10 years of experience in total rewards analysis, design, and administration
Experience leading teams and global programs
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
