Programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of integration strategies for
mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures
Oversee due diligence and planning processes to assess
organizational design, talent capabilities, and workforce
dynamics
Provide leadership and coaching to a team of HR professionals,
ensuring alignment with business integration plans
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of HR integration experience in complex, global
organizations, preferably in technology or financial services
Deep understanding of various HR domains within integration
contexts
Proven ability to influence decisions and drive strategic goals
with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage
multiple complex projects
Experience in building trusted relationships with senior
stakeholders
