Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounts Payable and Payroll
Clerk.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice verification,
vendor payments, and reconciliations
Coordinate payroll processing and ensure compliance with payroll
laws and regulations
Support month-end closing activities and assist with financial
audits
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent
2-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Payroll
Strong understanding of payroll laws and tax regulations
Experience with AP automation tools and payroll systems
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software; Great Plains
experience preferred
