Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join
their customer support team.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming technical support calls and provide troubleshooting
for VOIP services
Manage third-party carrier tickets and assist with porting and CNAM
updates
Analyze logs, diagnose issues, and collaborate with engineers for
necessary code changes
Required Qualifications
2+ years of customer-facing telecommunications support
experience
Strong technical and diagnostic skills
Experience managing numbers/services in carrier portals
Familiarity with diagnosing VOIP services using network monitoring
tools
Experience supporting end users of a Kazoo Cluster
