Job Description:
A company is looking for an Automotive Technical Support Agent
for remote work.
Key Responsibilities
Provide remote assistance for automotive diagnostics, including
reading and clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) and performing
ADAS calibrations
Escalate issues to higher-level agents or coordinators as
needed
Manage ticketing system to ensure customer satisfaction and problem
resolution
Required Qualifications
Prior experience in automotive troubleshooting and repair
Automotive certification or equivalent work experience
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
Understanding of light-duty automotive systems and diagnostic
procedures
Familiarity with OE software and diagnostic scan tools
preferred
