Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Scrum Master.
Key Responsibilities
Organizes sprint planning sessions, breaks down tasks, tracks
progress, and ensures each sprint delivers tangible results
critical for MVP 1 & MVP releases
Identifies and addresses obstacles, ensuring the team remains
focused and avoids delays
Ensures the team adheres to agile principles, manages work
efficiently, and meets deadlines effectively
Required Qualifications
6-10 years of UX or related experience is preferred
Experience in organizing and facilitating agile ceremonies
Familiarity with agile methodologies and frameworks
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in project management tools
