Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Product Support Specialist
III to provide mid-level technical support and improve customer
service processes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide mid-level technical product support to customers via
various communication channels
Investigate escalated issues and update incident logs while
conveying customer feedback
Lead and support a team of call center specialists while developing
strategies to improve operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience, or 11 relevant years
of experience in lieu of a degree
Experience with technical product support
Understanding of basic software engineering terminology
