I am Partnered with a prestigious law firm that is looking to add an attorney to their Environmental Litigation Group. Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school Member in good standing of the State Bar of California Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental law, toxic torts, or related plaintiff-side litigation (PFAS strongly preferred) Prior experience with class action or mass tort litigation related to toxic substances Proven track record in litigation and trial, with experience in complex cases involving multiple plaintiffs or high-profile environmental issues Familiarity with federal and state environmental regulations (e.g., EPA standards, CERCLA, TSCA) related to PFAS Experience taking and defending depositions Excellent verbal and written communication skills Responsibilities: Oversee and manage PFAS contamination cases from intake through resolution, including all aspects of discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation Conduct comprehensive legal research and develop case strategies tailored to PFAS litigation, including assessing liability, determining damages, and identifying responsible parties.
