to either Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Orange County office - in
office during probationary period then remote. Compensation:
$175,000-$230,000 annually (based on experience and education)

vacation time About the Role LHH is partnering with a prestigious
law firm to identify a Conflicts Lawyer for a critical
non-practicing role. This position works closely with attorneys,
the Conflicts team, and General Counsel to evaluate and resolve
ethical and business conflict issues in compliance with
professional conduct rules. If you have strong analytical skills
and a passion for risk management in a legal setting, this is an
excellent opportunity to make an impact. Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough research on relevant parties to identify or rule
out potential conflicts of interest. Review and analyze conflict
reports, providing clear evaluations and recommended steps for
resolution. Serve as an escalation point for Conflicts Analysts and
guide issues through to resolution. Draft and review conflict
waivers, engagement letters, and ethical wall memoranda.
Collaborate with attorneys and General Counsel to determine
engagement terms and negotiate outside counsel guidelines and
waiver terms when necessary. Qualifications Juris Doctorate (J.D.)
required. Minimum of 2 years of conflicts experience in a law firm
or similar environment. Strong research, writing, and negotiation
skills. Ability to manage sensitive information and work
