In this role you will be responsible for the following: Track and manage orders and material movement to ensure on-time delivery and prevent production delays. Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve delivery issues and prioritize critical materials. Maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems and provide timely updates on order status and lead times. Support process improvements in inventory management, supplier performance, and lead time reduction. Why join us? Job Details Required: High school diploma or GED 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing support Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Epicor, etc.) Highly Organized – Tracks multiple orders, work orders, and inventory parts simultaneously without errors. Strong Sense of Urgency – Responds quickly to production delays, material shortages, or unexpected disruptions. Detail-Oriented – Pays close attention to order numbers, part specifications, schedules, and documentation. Preferred: Associate’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field Experience in manufacturing or fabrication environments Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Just-In-Time (JIT) principles Interested in hearing more?
