Available Shifts\n Day Shift – Lathe Focus \n \n Focus: CNC lathes (mill-turn experience is a plus) \n Setup and operate high-precision turning machines \n Pay: $38.00 – $42.00/hour \n \n Night Shift – Milling Focus (5-Axis) \n \n Focus: CNC mills (mostly 32; 5-axis), some lathe experience helpful \n Materials: Titanium, Inconel \n Pay: $38.00 – $42.00/hour 10% shift differential \n No current applicants for this shift – great opportunity to stand out! \n \n Key Responsibilities\n ? Set up and operate CNC machines (mills or lathes) ? Work from blueprints and inspect tight-tolerance parts ? Troubleshoot minor issues, adjust offsets, and replace tooling ? Collaborate with engineering on process improvements ? Maintain accurate documentation and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/GDP) ? Train and mentor junior machinists as needed ? Work in a clean, safety-first environment using advanced technology \n ? Requirements\n \n 5 years of CNC machining experience (setup & operation) \n Experience with 5-axis milling or CNC turning \n Ability to read blueprints and use metrology tools \n Familiarity with G-code and CAM systems \n US Citizenship or Green Card required (ITAR compliance) \n \n Preferred: \n \n Mill-turn experience \n Wire EDM exposure \n Prior aerospace or defense machining background \n \n About Tecomet\n Tecomet is a global leader in precision manufacturing for the medical device, aerospace, and defense industries .
