Location: South Gate
Administrative Analyst will perform data collection and analysis
duties as assigned to further the efficiency and profitability of
the organization. They are looking for someone who can manipulate
Excel (basic formulas, pivot table, possibly vlookup). They are
currently using a system called Syteline so if they have experience
in that, it would be better (however not necessary). Theyll need to
know data entry (pricing, inventory, etc.). One major role will be
creating P.O.s and following up with suppliers. Create a
spreadsheet that tracks P.O. creation date/completion dates and is
able to compare last months numbers with this months. Someone that
is organized and is confident in responses. Flexibility to do grunt
work is a must.

Adept with basic research methods.
Ability to think analytically.
Mastery of basic math and statistics.
